Client Win

From a six-figure loss to profit in twelve months.

A regional events and entertainment company, revenue up about 70% year over year, corporate bookings up roughly 200%, and out of a deep hole in a single year.

A regional events and entertainment company came in bleeding. Operating loss in the six figures. Owner running the whole thing on adrenaline and hope. Team busy, revenue moving, and nothing on the bottom line to show for it.

Twelve months later the same business was solidly profitable. Revenue was up roughly 70% year over year. Corporate bookings were up around 200%. The swing on the P&L was well into six figures in the other direction.

What actually changed

It was not a rebrand. It was not a new website. It was three unglamorous things done consistently.

Clarity on the numbers. We rebuilt the scorecard so the owner could see, weekly, what was making money and what was quietly killing the year. Not more data. The right handful.

Pricing discipline. The offers were priced by habit, not by math. We fixed that. Bad revenue got repriced or walked away from. Good revenue got protected.

Focus on the profitable segments. The corporate side had margin and repeatability. The team stopped chasing everything and started stacking wins where the business already worked.

Why I'm sharing it anonymously

Because the point isn't the logo. It's the pattern. If you're running a founder-led business that feels busy and broke at the same time, this is not rare. It is fixable. Usually faster than you think.

I have been on the operator side of the same story. That's why the work moves.
