I build the tools I wish I had.
I ship software. This site. Internal apps for the coaching business. Automations that make a small team move like a bigger one. I don't write code, I build solutions.
I ship software. This site is one example. The larger truth is that a big chunk of how I run my coaching business is code I built myself.
What I actually build
Client dashboards where a founder can see their own scorecard without asking me for it. Intake and application flows that route to the right offer without me touching them. Internal tools that turn a Monday morning into forty minutes instead of a whole day. Automations that quietly do the boring work so my team can do the work that pays.
I use modern tooling that lets me move from idea to working screen in an afternoon. I care about performance, accessibility, and clean typography. I do not care about being clever.
Why this matters if you're hiring me
Most coaches will hand you a framework and a PDF. I will hand you the framework, and if the tool to run it doesn't exist yet, I will probably build a version of it. That is not a promise on every engagement. It is a bias.
The reason it matters is speed. Operators who can build tend to try things instead of talking about them. I would rather ship something imperfect this week and fix it next week than run a committee for a quarter. That posture is the whole difference between coaches who talk and operators who move.
