Event

I produced a full fireworks show.

Designed and ran a full pyrotechnic show choreographed to music, start to finish. Twenty years of live production still in the blood.

I still love live production. Not the idea of it. The actual doing of it.

This summer I designed and ran a full pyrotechnic show, choreographed to music, cued and fired start to finish. Truck to site, layout, wiring, permits, safety brief, countdown, cleanup. All of it.

Why an executive coach spends a weekend firing shells

Because Rock The House wasn't a spreadsheet. It was thousands of nights where the show had to happen at exactly the right second in front of a live crowd that didn't care about your excuses. That is where I learned to lead under pressure.

Live events teach you a specific kind of composure. The clock does not negotiate. The music does not wait. The mistakes are public. Every founder I coach is running the same play in slower motion. There is a moment coming. You either hit the cue or you don't.

The tie back to your business

Operators who can run a live show under pressure can run a business under pressure. Same muscle. Different room. When I sit across from a founder in a hard quarter, I am not guessing at what pressure feels like. I have been the guy in the field with a lit fuse and a plan that had to work.

That is the reason clients hire me. Not the frameworks. The composure.
