Brand and identity work.
From the Mentor Pods identity to decks, sales assets, and marketing systems. Founder who can also make it look good.
I design. Not as a hobby. As part of the work.
The Mentor Pods identity, the sales materials, the decks a founder actually opens in a meeting, the templates that make a small team look professional at scale. A lot of that came out of my studio, my hands, my calls.
Why a coach touches design
Because founders sell every day, and the assets they sell with are usually embarrassing. A weak deck loses a good deal. A cluttered website undercuts a strong offer. When I sit inside a business, the design work is not vanity. It is conversion.
The rule I use is simple. If the founder is going to hand this to a prospect, an investor, a hire, or a partner, it needs to match the level of the company they say they are building.
What I'll actually do on an engagement
I am not going to sell you a full brand rebuild. What I will do is spot the assets that are quietly costing you money and either fix them or point you at the right person to fix them. Sometimes that is me. Sometimes it is not. The bias is the same as everything else I do here. Ship it. Tighten it. Move on.
