How this works
Your hourly value is your yearly income divided by the hours and weeks you work. The weekly value freed is the task time times your hourly value times the share of that time you will use for higher value work.
The weekly delegation cost allows for the extra time a new person needs. The yearly gain is the difference between weekly value freed and weekly delegation cost, multiplied by your working weeks.
The break even rate is your hourly value times the share of time you will redeploy, divided by the extra time the new person needs.
The honest catch: Freed hours only pay off if you use them for work worth more than the task.
